Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows
Build and maintain custom applications using ServiceNow Studio and App Engine
Develop scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, etc.)
Collaborate with business analysts and architects to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications via REST, SOAP, and MID Servers
Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
Maintain documentation related to development processes, architecture, and solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
Stay current with new ServiceNow features and releases, and make recommendations for improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow
Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs
Experience with core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
Understanding of data modeling, ACLs, and platform security
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Experience developing custom applications on ServiceNow App Engine
Knowledge of ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Performance Analytics
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Exposure to ITIL practices and service management processes
