Develop dashboards and reports to track business performance and identify trends
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all reporting
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement long-term strategic initiatives
Assist in evaluating business opportunities and operational efficiencies
Support decision-making by providing research, competitive analysis, and market insights
Assist with sales, marketing, and public relations strategies to enhance brand presence and customer engagement
Support communication efforts between the company and external stakeholders
Work cross-functionally with teams to improve customer experience and business growth
Handle highly sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and strategic documents for executive meetings
Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO
