Responsibilities

Credit Analysis Training: Learn methodologies used in commercial credit underwriting, including evaluation of cash flow, collateral, and borrower/guarantor strength

Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced underwriters to gain insight into day-to-day workflows and decision-making processes

Executive Credit Committee Attendance: Observe real-time credit decisions by attending weekly executive credit meetings and reviewing loan packages

Project Work: Support strategic and analytical projects such as portfolio reviews, industry research, or data summarization

Capstone Project: Prepare and present an independent underwriting analysis of a real commercial loan request to the Credit team
