IT Technician (Level I)
TWENTY2 is a female-led, high end private label wallpaper and textiles production company. They are seeking a Level I IT Technician to assist in overseeing the health of company IT systems and provide support for various technology-related tasks.

Responsibilities
Assist the IT Coordinator in overseeing the health of company IT systems and technology in a proactive manner, such as
Managing installs for hardware and software
Configuring devices or systems to meet new standards
Maintaining software updates or patches
Maintaining hardware updates or repairs
Managing device power safety and backups
Maintaining company device inventory and MDM
Create training materials and signage for staff and factory
First point of contact for helpdesk - providing excellent customer service to the team
Collaborate with IT contractor(s) as needed for specific platforms
Escalate to IT Coordinator as needed
Connectivity issues
Account access or resets
Network or system diagnostics
Program specific issues
Device performance issues
Help manage company systems and services, including
Local file server
Local network
Internet
VoIP phone system and security doors
Google and other cloud-based platforms
Small format office printers
Print RIP software
Work with the team in continuous IT training for employees to ensure company standards are being maintained, such as
Computer literacy
Digital organization
File sharing security
Browser management
Assist in Onboarding and offboarding tasks
Support in researching and evaluating potential new systems
Aid in cyber security management, including
Install and maintain antivirus software on all company devices and non-company devices temporarily being used for company work
Create and deploy ongoing cyber security awareness trainings and educate employees as needed
Qualification
Required
1+ years of Professional System Administration experience
Proficient in macOS/Apple (Servers and Workstations)
Strong prioritization and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high degree of flexibility
Ability to communicate and present clear, concise objectives to all levels of the organization while identifying and sharing risks and opportunities
Excellent problem solving, writing and communication skills with willingness to collaborate with others
Preferred
Experience in a mid-size manufacturing environment preferred
Experience with Synology, NAS systems and management a plus
Google Workspace Administration including Google Workspace Sync preferred
