Responsibilities

Enter, upload, and organize invoices within the accounting system

Review invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and matching against purchase orders

Identify, investigate, and escalate any unusual charges or pricing discrepancies

Verify vendor information and resolve issues related to invoices, payments, or purchase orders

Prepare and process invoices for timely payment

Execute payments and perform account reconciliations as required

Issue purchase order changes and initiate stop payments when necessary

Required

Experience with full cycle accounts payable duties

Proficiency in accounting software

Strong attention to detail

Ability to review invoices for accuracy and proper coding

Experience in executing payments and performing account reconciliations

Ability to issue purchase order changes and initiate stop payments
