Responsibilities

Need someone with executive presence and experience leading the C suite through influence to drive outcomes
Skew more PMO and broader change management than Chief of Staff
This individual will define and track initiatives identified by management and us, and drive accountability against those plans
Candidly, I would also like their view on the L1 and L2 leadership team as we think about changes there
Have to be a doer that is capable of operating in a very lean/austere environment
