Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including:

Stock and asset purchase agreements

Ancillary acquisition documents

Employment agreements and NDAs

LLC agreements, stockholder agreements, and other corporate governance materials

Manage and coordinate transaction workflows with internal teams, clients, and opposing counsel

Support deal execution while ensuring timelines, quality, and responsiveness are consistently met

Work directly with clients and senior attorneys on a broad range of M&A and corporate matters
