Responsibilities

Collaborate with Advanced IT Support, Corporate Support teams, and end users to resolve technical issues
Manage inbound calls and email requests, prioritize incidents, and communicate status updates to users
Provide support for desktop technologies including operating systems, applications, hardware, and peripherals
Assist with installation and troubleshooting of printers, devices, and end-user technology
Complete administrative tasks related to request management, including access, hardware, and software requests
Document issues and resolutions in accordance with service desk processes

Required

Associate's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Ability to support a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Relevant technical certifications
