Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure for structured and unstructured data
Deliver clean, reliable datasets that empower analytics, BI, and data science teams
Leverage tools such as Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, SSIS, Power BI Premium, and Apache Spark to optimize performance
Validate data accuracy and reliability through testing and ongoing maintenance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead smaller projects independently
Continuously enhance data delivery, automation, and scalability through innovative solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
5+ years of relevant data engineering experience
Strong SQL and T‑SQL expertise; experience with cloud data warehouses
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or Fabric Data Factory (Gen2)
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps for analytics environments
Knowledge of modern data lake and lakehouse architectures (Delta Lake, Parquet, medallion patterns)
Understanding of BI and data modeling concepts, including star schema design
Preferred
Experience with Apache Spark (PySpark or Scala) is a plus
