Responsibilities

Welcome and greet Employees, Contractors, and Guests with a positive attitude

Ensure only authorized personnel enter the site

Act as a liaison between hosts and new hires/site visitors

Facilitate the check-in and check-out process with site visitors

Process visitor and foreign visitor requests prior to arrival of guests to our facilities

Monitor CCTV, access control, environmental, and alarm systems for potential security breaches or emergencies

Draft and deliver emergency communications when required

Address and resolve security issues promptly, effectively, and independently

Maintain a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures; ensure that all team members understand and comply with those laws, regulations, policies and procedures
