Customer Support Representative
Kelly is seeking Contract Customer Support Representatives to work with a premier client, John Deere. The role involves providing technical support and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and documentation.

Responsibilities
Providing front-line technical support to John Deere dealers and customers with product related inquiries
Documenting each interaction effectively within a case management system while supporting customers via telephone, email, and chat
Creating and maintaining online support tools and solutions to optimize customer satisfaction and retention
Qualification
Required
Have strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Possess experience in customer service/support and a high comfort level with consumer software applications
Are available to work any 8-hour shift between 7am-6pm and 8 am – 12 pm on Saturdays
Preferred
Knowledge of agriculture customers and operations
Prior work experience in Agriculture or Technology dealer channels
A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, IT, or a similar discipline is highly preferred; technical certification in IT database management is a plus for high school graduates
