Responsibilities

Replying to new inquiries within 4 hours using customized, relevant messaging that never reads like a template
Conducting campus tours and events that demonstrate precisely how and why our model accelerates learning, and which families benefit most
Managing the entire admissions process, from applications and shadow visits through decision conversations and onboarding
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM and SIS records for weekly review and analysis, particularly within HubSpot
Updating admissions materials, standard operating procedures, and frequently asked questions based on live parent feedback and conversion metrics

Required

3+ years leading full-cycle admissions at a selective, tuition-driven academic institution
Demonstrated track record managing competitive enrollment processes from initial inquiry through final commitment
Outstanding communication abilities across writing, presenting, and interpersonal engagement
Comfort and credibility working with high-net-worth families and sophisticated decision-makers
Disciplined operational approach, including CRM expertise (especially HubSpot), time management, and meticulous attention to detail
Currently based in or prepared to relocate to Santa Barbara, San Francisco, or Dallas
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

Preferred

Background in elite K–12 independent schools or selective college admissions
Experience designing and executing high-touch, high-conversion events
Proficiency with reporting, analytics, and metrics-based decision-making
Knowledge of AI-enabled or mastery-based educational frameworks
