Responsibilities
Partner with senior finance leadership on large-scale strategic initiatives and special projects
Build and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions and investment analysis
Analyze and manipulate large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Support acquisition-related analysis and integration initiatives
Prepare and present financial insights to executive leadership and private equity stakeholders
Respond to ad hoc financial requests from the C-suite and investors
Assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations and reporting materials
Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and leadership teams
Qualification
Required
4-6 years of progressive experience in finance
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required
Advanced Excel skills required, including building and manipulating financial models
Proven experience supporting strategic initiatives or special projects with tangible outcomes
Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-growth, PE-backed environment
Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive, proactive, adaptable team player with a desire to grow within the organization
Preferred
Background in investment banking, consulting, public accounting (with transition to finance), or corporate finance strongly preferred
MBA preferred
Macros and advanced formulas preferred
Experience working with large ERP systems; NetSuite experience a plus
Exposure to PowerBI or Tableau preferred
