Responsibilities

Oversee the integration, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security and technology systems such as access control, CCTV, and custom AV solutions

Lead a team of technicians

Perform system testing

Provide expert technical guidance

Ensure project timelines are met

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to achieve optimal system performance

Required

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently

Proficiency in system integration and testing processes with a focus on high-quality outcomes

Strong analytical skills for assessing system performance and recommending improvements

Experience in supervisory or leadership roles to oversee and guide team members effectively

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with attention to detail and safety

Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for project implementation

Preferred

Technical certifications or training in access control, CCTV, or related technology systems is a plus
