They are seeking a Senior Finance Associate to handle investor reporting, fund performance, KPI analysis, and assist with financial reporting, working closely with senior leadership and the finance team.

Responsibilities
Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis across actuals vs. budget/forecast at the fund level
Prepare and maintain fund-level KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting packages
Support the annual budgeting and reforecasting process across funds and properties
Monitor and track debt covenants, DSCR, LTV, and other lender requirements
Support lender reporting packages and compliance deliverables
Prepare and review monthly and quarterly fund reporting for internal stakeholders and investors
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, forecasting, and data flows
Help improve financial models, templates, and reporting consistency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
3+ years of experience in real estate finance, fund finance, FP&A, or public accounting (real estate clients)
Advanced Excel skills; experience building and maintaining financial models
Experience with real estate systems (e.g., Yardi)
