Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure
Implement and manage network security measures, such as firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls
Solve day-to-day IT tickets submitted by our internal users
Administer identity and access management systems (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace)
Manage SaaS applications and integrations
Manage device fleets across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android using MDM/endpoint management tools (Jamf, etc)
Handle hardware lifecycle tasks such as procurement, imaging, deployment, maintenance, and retirement
Educate and support users on IT best practices, security hygiene, and technology usage
Help identify ways to make IT more efficient and effective
Qualification
Required
3+ years of working with network infrastructure
Strong expertise with macOS and Windows
Experience with SaaS and Identity Provider management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to communicate technical information to an audience both inside and outside the IT team
Preferred
Experience with ZTNA's and deploying VPN solutions
Experience with Okta and low/no code platforms
Scripting and automation experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc)
