Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate maintenance and construction resources, ensuring efficient allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials while meeting service-level expectations
Create, update, and manage work orders and service schedules across multiple systems, tracking progress and adjusting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Communicate effectively with field teams, supervisors, and cross-functional partners to resolve scheduling conflicts, support operational needs, and maintain workflow continuity
Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to service activities, analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma is required
4-6 years in related field (maintenance or construction) or function with specific experience in Planning and Scheduling
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliverables
Ability to work with multiple levels of the organization structure
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Experience managing mentoring junior staff
Experience/training in planning and scheduling activities
Strong knowledge of and expertise with computer technology
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to work well under pressure
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
