Responsibilities

Lead physician optimization and clinical initiatives, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals

Manage project execution, including timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and governance

Partner closely with physicians, clinical staff, and leadership to design and optimize clinical workflows

Translate clinical needs into practical, scalable solutions that align with regulatory and organizational standards

Facilitate working sessions to drive consensus, adoption, and change management

Confidently present project updates, risks, and recommendations to executives (CIO, CMIO) and physician groups

Promote structured process development and continuous improvement

Provide clear, consistent status reporting and accountability to stakeholders

Required

5+ years of healthcare project management experience

Hands-on experience with Oracle Health (Cerner EHR), particularly clinical applications

Experience supporting Cerner Millennium implementations and upgrades

Proven experience leading enterprise Cerner EMR rollouts, including: Device assessment, Deployment planning, Workflow alignment

Experience supporting user readiness, training, and change management in hospital environments

Prior experience leading PACS system go-lives

Strong executive presence with excellent communication and facilitation skills

Preferred

PMP or equivalent project management certification

Experience leading clinical optimization or EHR implementation initiatives

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
