Responsibilities

Lead the Physician Optimization program and clinical initiatives: Take ownership of high-impact projects that improve physician satisfaction, clinical efficiency, and patient outcomes. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while aligning with organizational goals

Drive project execution and delivery: Manage timelines, resources, budgets, and risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Establish governance frameworks, track progress against milestones, and proactively address obstacles

Partner with physicians, clinical staff, and leadership: Design, refine, and implement clinical workflows that enhance efficiency, reduce friction, and improve the overall physician and patient experience. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify pain points, translate clinical needs into practical solutions, and ensure workflows align with best practices, regulatory standards, and organizational goals. Facilitate working sessions to drive consensus, gain buy-in, and support adoption across multidisciplinary teams

Facilitate executive and physician engagement: Confidently present to senior leaders including CIO, CMIO, and physician groups. Lead discussions that balance clinical priorities with operational feasibility, ensuring alignment between leadership vision and frontline needs

Promote process development and optimization: Introduce structured methodologies for continuous improvement, streamline processes, and ensure clinical technology is leveraged effectively to support care delivery

Provide transparency and accountability: Deliver clear status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making at all levels of the organization

Required

5+ years of project management experience in the healthcare sector

Hands-on experience with Oracle Health (Cerner EHR), specifically clinical applications

Proven track record of leading process development and workflow optimization

Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience facilitating discussions with physicians and senior leaders

Preferred

PMP or equivalent project management certification

Prior experience leading clinical optimization or EHR implementation projects

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
