Director of Customer Success

Responsibilities
Own the CS department's strategy and OKRs. Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs)
Define the global customer journey and adoption strategy. Partner with Sales Leadership to identify and execute cross-sell/upsell opportunities and analyze macro trends in customer health
Establish frameworks for high-impact customer storytelling and case studies. Create programs that position CADDi and our customers as industry leaders
Serve as the executive Voice of the Customer (VOC) to Product and Engineering. Design foundational CS playbooks and processes to sustain hyper-growth in collaboration with Japan HQ
Lead success for CADDi’s most strategic accounts, strengthening relationships with C-level executives and overseeing transformation roadmaps
Qualification
Required
Proven leader who thrives in complex, high-growth, and ambiguous environments
Experience in leading Customer Success teams
Ability to mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs)
Experience in defining customer journey and adoption strategy
Ability to partner with Sales Leadership to identify and execute cross-sell/upsell opportunities
Experience in analyzing macro trends in customer health
Ability to establish frameworks for high-impact customer storytelling and case studies
Experience in creating programs that position the company and customers as industry leaders
Ability to serve as the executive Voice of the Customer (VOC) to Product and Engineering
Experience in designing foundational Customer Success playbooks and processes
Ability to lead success for strategic accounts and strengthen relationships with C-level executives
