Responsibilities

Participates in the creation of data governance policies and processes that ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements

Works with business users to define and maintain reference data models, performs data mapping, data lineage, and maintains data dictionary

Partners with analytical teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective data solutions communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Manages overall workplan for moving historical data to the EDH and building reports in the new environment

Drives the implementation of tools in the new environment with a goal of decommissioning the old environment

Leads data integration efforts of acquired businesses

Collaborates with Carrier partners on bordereaux and special data projects

Works with the EDH team to communicate requirements and data lineage to enable their build of the EDH

Evaluates emerging technologies and trends in data management to recommend innovative solutions that enhance the firm's competitiveness and efficiency

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience P&C Insurance data management/architecture

TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) Certification

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
