They are currently seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to lead non-conformance resolution and serve as the primary quality contact for customers and internal suppliers.

Responsibilities
Serve as communication channel between company and customers
Contribute to the completion of projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for work activities on own projects within a team
Suggest improvements and conduct continuous improvement activities
Independently assess a wide range of Change Control activities to determine potential Quality and Operational Good Manufacturing Practices
Investigate, document Quality Assurance related deviations and escalate issues as appropriate to the Quality Assurance Lead in a timely manner
Maintain regulatory compliance in accordance with current Good Manufacturing
Accurately communicate Supply/Operational needs/perspectives as well as Quality Operations perspectives
Review and approval of validation documents Process, cleaning & method validation
Develop annual product quality review plan
Assist with site metrics collection / reporting and sharing of success stories / achievements as assigned
Management of document lifecycle (new or existing documents) and review/approval workflows
Maintain electronic repository / communication mechanism (e.g. QMS SharePoint Site, Microsoft Teams)
Serve as a change agent helping the Clinical Supply QMS Redesign Team drive culture change
Analyzes, trends, and documents errors and complaints
Works cross-functionally and maintains relationships across business units
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to work and communicate with other plant associates and shift supervisor
Ability to read and comprehend instructions
Understands Food and Safety guidelines
Must be able to work in a team environment and have excellent interpersonal communication skills
Computer Proficiency
Must be able to Read, Write, and Speak English
