Sr. Principal Product Manager - OCI

Responsibilities
Drive large scale change across multiple Oracle organizations
Write product strategy as an input to product design
Identify, define and prioritize change management features and capabilities
Represent product roadmap and strategy to customers and collaborators
Define and measure the operator experience and performance goals
Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues that might otherwise derail projects
Be an advocate for the customer through the product lifecycle
Create content to help enable customer success
Manage internal stakeholders through suitable gates to ensure a successful outcome
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with DevOps products and processes
Experience in managing cross functional teams in complex technology projects
Ability to define the requirements and key metrics
Proven track record of establishing positive relationships with internal and external product teams
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize requirements
Passion for product management
Experience with productizing capabilities

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
