Qualification
Required
Strong Interpersonal Skills with a focus on communication and relationship-building
Proven abilities in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Support
Capability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through effective problem-solving and responsiveness
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, hybrid work environment
Preferred
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems or similar software is a plus
Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a food distribution or related industry, is advantageous
