Cell Culture and Purification Scientist (1st Shift Monday-Friday)

They are seeking a Cell Culture and Purification Scientist to perform hands-on lab work, lead purification workflows, and collaborate with scientific teams to ensure compliance and effective communication of findings.

Responsibilities
Perform affinity chromatography and viral inactivation to support cell culture studies
Conduct cell culture experiments from shake flasks to bioreactors
Prepare solutions, submit samples, and calibrate lab equipment
Lead purification workflows and manage timelines and deliverables
Analyze large datasets and draft technical reports to support studies
Work closely with a small, innovative team to brainstorm and solve problems
Coordinate with broader scientific teams to align lab activities
Present findings in cross-functional meetings
Follow GxP standards, GHS policies, and lab protocols
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry (required)
Hands-on lab experience with cell culture and/or purification techniques (academic research or internship experience counts!)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship
