Responsibilities

Assist internal PMs in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities

Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and the systems integrator

Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reporting

Track deliverables, risks, and issues to ensure timely resolution

Support day-to-day project administration to help the project stay on schedule and aligned with objectives

Oracle Cloud/FusionIT project coordinationOracle FinancialsMultitasking skillsOrganizational skillsCommunication skills

Required

3+ years of IT project coordination experience, preferably in enterprise software implementations

Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion projects

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Comfortable working onsite 3–4 days per week in Ft. Lauderdale

Preferred

Oracle Financials experience is a plus
