Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead integrated campaigns (paid/organic social, SEM, direct mail, email, web)
Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of 1–3 project managers, providing guidance, support, and strategic direction to ensure successful project delivery across initiatives
Sales Enablement: Develop marketing initiatives to support Loan Officers
Direct Mail: Manage direct mail program, vendor coordination, and creative needs
Organic Social Media: Lead content strategy, calendar, and creative partnerships
Email Campaigns: Optimize lead-focused email campaigns with the Strategy Team
Video Production: Oversee video shoots, script development, and editing for social/web
Website Development: Work with development and SEO teams to optimize web content
Ensure all projects align with brand guidelines and objectives
Foster continuous improvement and creativity to elevate project quality
Oversee project delivery, ensuring proper resources, approvals, and timelines
Enhance efficiency and ensure timely project completion
Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams, providing updates and addressing concerns
Participate in project meetings to ensure alignment
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth project integration
Work closely with department heads for seamless project management

Required
