Administrative Projects
Work within Redtail CRM
Estate Planning Data Entry
Excel Investment and Insurance Updates
Uploads and Organization of client documents
Calendly Scheduling and Updates to Meeting Schedule
Qualification
Required
US Citizen
Embody TMFGs Core Values
Desire to work Part-Time with our team long-term
Experience with administrative work for a Financial Planning office
Attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Some Finance, Retirement, and Investment knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
