Assist in all phases of commercial litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation

Draft, review, and organize pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Manage deadlines and ensure timely filings, often under tight turnaround times

Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review

Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed

Maintain organized case files and manage document production
