Price Industries Inc. is seeking a Design Engineer for their growing US office and manufacturing facility located in Suwanee, GA. The role will lead the design, test, and release of new fan and blower coil products, ensuring compliance with safety standards and managing project deliverables.

Responsibilities

Establish, manage and communicate project deliverables

Understand and comply with safety standard requirements

Initiate and lead design FMEAs, design reviews, and preproduction builds with multi-discipline development team

Manage the creation of internal and external design documentation including bill of materials and submittals

Support the collection and evaluation of product costs

Support the production of new and existing fan and blower coil products

Evaluate test data and implement appropriate actions

Required

B.S in Engineering (emphasis in Mechanical or equivalent)

Strong computer-based skills and proficiency with 3d CAD and MS Office applications

Understanding of design for manufacturability concepts

Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively with peers to resolve issues and implement change

Technical and mechanical aptitude with attention to detail

Preferred

Previous experience in sheet metal manufacturing or HVAC industry a plus
