Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their tools and infrastructure team. This overnight role focuses on supporting global partners and ensuring the stability of game build pipelines while optimizing automation processes.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Execute day-to-day tasks to support the operations of the CI/CD pipelines of AAA games using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Perforce
Routine maintenance such as updating auth tokens for services
Triage and resolve external partner issue
Mitigate issues blocking automation tasks from succeeding
Monitor and create alerts based on data from the build system
Drive data-backed improvements by identifying areas of improvement and recommend changes
Monitor and analyze metrics, traces, and logs across all CI/CD systems
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and postmortems
Combine history and upcoming needs to ensure CI/CD capacity
Design and implement scripts or similar automation to streamline operations

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and CI/CD (specifically Jenkins)
5+ years of experience with automation scripting using PowerShell or Python
3+ years of experience with data solutions for monitoring (SQL or Azure Data Lake)
Proven experience with Perforce source control
Strong background in troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues

Preferred

Experience within the gaming industry, specifically with Unreal Engine
Knowledge of C++ or C# development
Familiarity with Azure cloud environments
