Responsibilities
Perform operational tasks within Trust Operations using trust systems and additional computer applications
Clear general ledger entries and assist with identifying and correcting errors
Monitor, identify, and resolve out-of-balance conditions across Trust DDA and General Ledger accounts
Serve as a liaison to resolve cash reject tickets and ensure timely corrections
Partner with external vendors as needed to resolve discrepancies or system out-of-balances
Participate in special projects and process improvements as assigned
Maintain accuracy, compliance, and documentation for all assigned tasks
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in a bank or financial services environment
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with balancing numbers, analyzing data, or working with general ledger systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Computer literacy and ability to learn specialized trust systems
Strong analytical and numerical skills
