Responsibilities

Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
Conduct thorough tax research and stay current with tax laws and regulations
Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients when needed
Assist in supervision of junior tax staff, offering guidance and mentorship
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
Collaborate with other departments within the firm to ensure comprehensive client service
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification preferred

Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
