Process accurate, on-time multi-state full-cycle payroll
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Manage payroll taxes, garnishments, benefits deductions, and year-end reporting (W-2s)
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
Supervise one Payroll Specialist and support payroll audits and reporting
Qualification
Required
3+ years of full-cycle, multi-state payroll experience
Strong payroll compliance knowledge and Excel (intermediate) skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
