Responsibilities

Own project plans for assigned deliverables, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and milestones; proactively communicate status, risks, and next steps
Independently manage smaller projects end to end, including on-site coordination and execution, escalating issues as needed
Support budget tracking, documentation, and reconciliation activities
Maintain organized project records, trackers, and meeting notes to support internal reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally with Events, Communications, Marketing, Commercialization, and Product Development teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Events, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising, experiential/event production, project coordination, or operations
Proven ability to independently own smaller projects, including on-site execution
Strong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of tools such as Monday.com, Airtable, Teams, Keynote, and OneDrive
