Responsibilities
Assemble and install building components, including HVAC units, windows, doors, and structural elements
Weld structural steel and light gauge components in various positions including flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead
Perform cutting, grinding, and fabrication of metal parts using torches, plasma cutters, and other tools
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in construction and welding
Ability to read and interpret structural blueprints, tape measures, and protractors
Proficiency in using construction and welding tools and equipment
Capability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically fast paced tasks, including lifting, pulling, and standing for long periods
Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Flexibility and adaptability to changing project needs and timelines
Preferred
MIG welding experience (GMAW, FCAW) with AWS D1.1 qualifications preferred
