Responsibilities
Support day-to-day company operations (expenses, reimbursements, documentation)
Help prepare decks, models, analyses, and written materials
Coordinate logistics, procurement, office setup, and equipment
Support compliance prep, grants, and data rooms
Use AI tools to automate, analyze, and move faster
Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion
Qualification
Required
Extremely smart, curious, and reliable
Strong quantitative or analytical background
Comfortable learning fast and figuring things out independently
Interested in startups, engineering, energy, nuclear, or frontier technology
Willing to do unglamorous work if it moves the company forward
Solid background in math, physics, engineering, computer science, or economics
Experience building things (research, projects, labs, startups)
AI-native mindset
Preferred
Nice to have previous participation in academic competitions (math, physics, programming, robotics)
