Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for: 1L / 2L / 3L law students, summer and fall associates, lateral attorneys, and professional staff
Coordinate law school recruiting and OCI, including outreach, interview scheduling, and on-campus events
Administer and support the summer associate program, including onboarding, training coordination, events, communications, and logistics
Maintain and manage recruiting databases and applicant tracking systems (data entry, scheduling, reporting)
Prepare materials for Recruiting Committee meetings and firm leadership
Complete NALP surveys, manage Flo Recruit listings, and support recruiting-related reporting
Coordinate onboarding for lateral attorneys, associates, and staff
Assist with additional recruiting and HR projects as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience within a law firm (required)
Demonstrated experience supporting attorney recruiting and/or law school recruiting
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with partners, attorneys, and staff
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with ATS / HRIS platforms such as Flo Recruit, viRecruit, Symplicity, ADP, or similar
Ability to support recruiting events and lift up to 25 lbs as needed

Preferred

Current or recent Recruiting Coordinator / Senior Recruiting Assistant at a law firm
Experience supporting summer associate programs and lateral attorney hiring
Comfortable working in a smaller, high-accountability recruiting team
Interest in a firm known for intellectual property and complex legal work
