Responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure timely delivery of high quality outcomes
Act as the primary point of contact for project sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams
Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholder
Provide clear and consistent project updates, including executive-level reporting
Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues that may impact project success
Develop contingency plans and escalate critical blockers as needed
Champion project management best practices, tools, and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
Ensure projects adhere to compliance, security, and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
7+ years of experience in project management with at least 4 years managing technical cybersecurity or IT-related projects
Background in IAM/CIAM/ Application Deployment
Experience and comfortable acting as scrum master
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies
High proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Align, MS Project)
Preferred
Familiar with AI principles and AI Enterprise tools
