Educational Sales Consultant, Inside Sales
IXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company, seeking an upbeat and focused individual to join their Inside Sales team. The role involves conducting outbound calls, qualifying sales leads, and supporting sales campaigns to drive growth for their personalized learning products.

Responsibilities
Lead follow up for transactional sales and data input for processing
Conduct cold outbound calls and qualify inbound sales leads to communicate IXL's value proposition to new global users and to identify their requirements for the sales team
Ensure the timely processing of leads and assist with and support sales campaigns
Identify growth opportunities for the sales teams to ensure growth attainment
Conduct web application product demonstrations virtually using screen share technology
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree
1 year of customer service, inside sales or education experience, preferably within the ed-tech or software industry
A high level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to succeed
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal (telephone) and written communications skills
Understanding of web applications
Preferred
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Ability to accommodate various global time zones is a plus
Salesforce.com experience is a plus
