Responsibilities

Ensure all imports meet local, federal, and international laws, managing duties, and taxes

Arrange transportation, track shipments, and work with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers for smooth delivery

Prepare, review, and maintain accurate import/export documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.)

Build and maintain relationships with international suppliers, and resolve issues

Maintain detailed records of all international transactions, expenses (freight, duties, etc.), and trade activities

Keep up with regular communications with suppliers and internal teams
