Responsibilities

Facilitate small-cohort workshops following a structured, playbook-based curriculum

Conduct 1:1 and small group sessions focused on motivating students to reach ambitious targets

Employ storytelling, vocal presence, and enthusiasm to captivate learners and support mastery of challenging material

Leverage AI tools and learner profiles to customize recognition strategies and sustain high engagement

Monitor student advancement, conduct mastery assessments, and refine approaches using data

Qualification

Required

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with children ages 4–8 in group settings (teaching, after-school programs, coaching, or comparable environments)

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline

Proven record of academic achievement (examples: National Merit Scholar recognition, early college enrollment, participation in academic competitions)

Available to work on-site at the GT campus located in Georgetown, TX
