Sales Executive

The role involves influencing agents to sell Kemper Auto products and executing the company’s sales strategy while supporting long-term profitable growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
Influencing Agent Behavior:
Implements and executes sales strategies to achieve financial and sales goals
Collaborates with internal partners to achieve intended outcomes
Utilizes the appropriate sales tools to influence behavior, and drive results
Agency Diagnostics and Cross Selling:
Identifies opportunities to cross-sell Kemper Auto products and identified agencies needs aligned with Kemper Auto offerings
Agency Management and Support:
Responsible for managing and developing a territory of independent agents
Provides an outstanding experience for agents through consultative selling
Develops and maintains strong relationships with agents at all levels within the agency
Drives new business growth, mix of business, retention, and profitability within assigned territory
Stays current on product and pricing trends to drive intended outcomes
Collaboration and Mentoring
Actively participates in regional strategy meetings to develop and lead execution of business goals
Assist in the implementation of new production launches
Qualification
Required
a minimum of 5 years of professional and influential work experience
