Technical Support Administrator

Responsibilities

Act as the primary administrative contact for customer support activities, including RMAs, service requests, upgrades, and configuration changes
Coordinate support actions across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Flight Operations, and Supply Chain
Manage RMA intake, documentation, approvals, asset tracking, and final disposition
Track support cases and ensure timely resolution and professional customer communication
Maintain accurate records in ERP, CRM, and support systems
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and export control requirements (ITAR)
Support development of SOPs, support bulletins, and customer advisories
Assist with escalations and identify process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction

Required

10+ years of experience in customer support, support operations, or administrative roles in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or regulated technical environments
Proven experience managing RMAs and service documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with ERP/CRM or ticketing systems (NetSuite and Jira preferred)
Understanding of compliance-driven workflows and documentation control
U.S. Citizenship/Background check required
