Responsibilities

Maintain and update RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) controls
Publish updates to governance tools (e.g., Veritas, formerly SHRP)
Identify and address control gaps through analysis and remediation
Support quarterly RCSA workshops, including documenting processes and reviewing control rationales
Conduct internal team testing and ensure compliance with established standards
Collect, collate, and validate documentation and evidence to ensure proper artifacts and templates are used
Maintain access and manage documentation within the system of record for model governance
Develop and deliver PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders on a monthly cadence using standardized templates
Craft clear, concise messages tailored for executive audiences
Perform risk assessments across all controls
Analyze control coverage and identify gaps, recommending corrective actions
Manage issues and ensure timely resolution

Required

Experience with Veritas (or SHRP)

Prior experience at Wells Fargo or other major financial institutions
