The Learning & Development Internship offers an immersive introduction to employee development and adult learning strategy, where interns will assist in designing and facilitating learning programs while gaining exposure to the consumer banking environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in organizing and delivering various development programs including attendance tracking, follow-up communication, engagement activities, and survey analysis

Attend the Retail Training Program and evaluate it from a new hire perspective; contribute ideas for improvement

Collaborate with Retail Training participants and a Retail Focus Group to create onboarding packets for six core training modules

Serve as a facilitator-in-training for New Employee Orientation, gradually building confidence in leading discussions

Assist in updating and improving the Learning & Development SharePoint site

Co-lead group discussions and assist with developing new tools and job aids based on employee feedback
