SSR Account Manager - Remote Work

Responsibilities
Own day-to-day client interactions and check-ins at 30/60/90 days
Monitor satisfaction and escalate risks to the Head of SMB
Track key updates and maintain internal records
Support internal coordination with Delivery and other teams
Contribute to client retention and referrals
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Coordination, or similar roles, preferably in software outsourcing or recruiting services
Familiarity with Software Development roles
Experience managing a high volume of accounts
Availability to travel 20% of the time
Native English speaker
