Lighthouse Electric Company, Inc. is an innovative electrical contractor seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter to join their Human Resources team. This role involves attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates while managing job postings and supporting HR administrative functions.

Responsibilities
Post open positions across multiple platforms and manage requisitions throughout the hiring process
Work closely with management to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to fill positions efficiently
Perform phone screens and review resumes to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates in coordination with management and HR leadership
Enter new hires into the HRIS system and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately
Attend job fairs and community outreach events to promote Lighthouse Electric and attract top talent
Maintain accurate recruiting data and assist with generating recruitment reports
Support general HR administrative tasks and documentation as needed
Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal company policies
Represent Lighthouse Electric professionally and positively at all times
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior recruiting, staffing, or human resources experience required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic HR software systems
Willingness to travel to job fairs and recruiting events in various locations and states as needed
Valid driver's license required
Preferred
Experience in a construction or skilled trades environment is strongly preferred
Experience using HRIS or applicant tracking systems (ATS) a plus
