Accenture is launching its LearnVantage business to provide comprehensive learning and training services focused on AI. The AI for Leadership/Business User Stream Lead will develop and grow a business-oriented AI training portfolio, helping executives and managers leverage AI capabilities through curriculum development and strategic guidance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for leadership and business-oriented AI training curriculum, addressing the needs of executives, managers, and business professionals

Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for sales teams on business-focused AI training, providing consultation during pre-sales engagements and proposal development

Design and oversee development of courses covering AI strategy, governance, ethics, change management, and business value realization

Stay current with AI trends, business use cases, regulatory developments, and organizational best practices for AI adoption

Identify market opportunities and gaps in the current portfolio, recommending new courses or updates to meet evolving business needs

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, organizational change, or related roles with exposure to AI/emerging technologies

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with AI technologies in a business context (implementation, strategy, governance, or change management)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching, training, curriculum development, or instructional design for professional audiences

Minimum of 2 years of experience with AI capabilities, limitations, and business applications across multiple industries

Minimum of 5 years of experience communicating complex concepts to non-technical audiences, including executives and business leaders

Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting sales processes, business development, or working in a client-facing capacity

Minimum of 2 years of experience with AI ethics, governance frameworks, and regulatory considerations

Master's degree and 5 years' work experience; or, Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

Strong organizational and project management capabilities
