Responsibilities
Ensure the reliable operation of site-specific IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, client systems, and peripheral devices
Analyze and independently resolve complex issues related to network, hardware, and software environments
Configure, monitor, and optimize network components (switches, firewalls, access points) as well as server and storage solutions
Plan and implement cross-site IT projects and evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and processes
Implement and monitor IT security policies, ensuring compliance with internal standards and legal requirements
Create and maintain technical documentation and continuously develop internal IT standards
Provide IT support and advisory services to internal teams and deliver training sessions as required
Coordinate external service providers and vendors to ensure service quality and performance
Qualification
Required
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), a four-year college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
In lieu of a degree, at least five years of professional experience in a comparable IT systems administration role may be considered
Well established moderation and presentation techniques
